I don’t know what the BEST is, but some good plant sources of iron are: kale, spinach, tahini, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, tofu, almonds, dried figs, broccoli, chickpeas, lentils, and foods like that :) those are just some off the top of my head, I’m sure if you googled you could find many more!
