  • fetuses do not think
  • they do not “scream out” when they are aborted
  • they have no brain function and no nerve endings until long after the deadline for a legal abortion
  • they aren’t “sad” when you abort them
  • they do not “realize what is happening”

And these aren’t my beliefs, they’re scientific facts

sail-intothe-mystic: So for someone who is just beginning to be interested in becoming vegan, where would you say I should start? What meals would you suggest?

Watch Earthlings! Also watch Gary Yourofsky’s speech on youtube, as well as the youtube video “From Farm to Fridge.” You could also watch Vegucated on Netflix. Just educate yourself so you know why you are doing this and then just go vegan, I personally suggest you do it overnight.

This website and this website both have lots of vegan recipes and meal ideas :) Some other delicious vegan foods you could have are: oatmeal, stir fry, rice, chili, pastas, lentil soups, fruit, salads, smoothies, soups, hummus, falafel, peanut butter jam sandwiches, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, quinoa, couscous, etc etc etc the list is literally endless. I really hope you decide to go vegan! <3

Anonymous: if i have vegan chili, or a cooked sweet potato or noodles, or something of the sorts maybe once every two weeks is it going to ruin my health from being 100% 801010 the rest of the time? am I ruining everything i work towards? can i still call myself a raw vegan? ugh. im freaking out.

No, of course it isn’t going to ruin your health. 801010 is just a ratio, it doesn’t have to be raw 100% of the time you can still enjoy cooked foods and be 801010 :) Well if you’re only eating something cooked once every two weeks you’re still raw for like 95% of the time so I don’t see the problem with you calling yourself a raw vegan. Just don’t stress out about it, that’s probably worse for your health than eating the chili or potatoes or noodles is. 801010 is supposed to be about joy and abundance and eating cooked foods every once in a while is not going to impact your health negatively  just try to keep it low fat and you’ll be fine <3

I cannot fathom a bigger turnoff than someone eating meat.

I keep seeing a lot of negativity in the vegans tag toward vegans, so I wanted to make this post to say that I love all of you, and keep being awesome herbivores :)

Oh you’ve been vegan for a few years and religiously research human nutrition? Well I googled veganism and FOX news says its unhealthy, so I think I know what I’m talking about.
